Welcome to a bumper Spring issue, including some advance planning for Summer. All the regular events are here: Coffee Mornings, Talks, Film and Quiz, plus an Auction, Afternoon Teas (new), Black Chalk Fridays, Bluebell Walk and Chamber Choir. Articles from Revd Kevin, Boaz, Wherwell History Group and Wherwell Primary School are well worth reading. For gardeners, there is vacancy at Chilbolton Allotments and an appeal from Wherwell Primary School. Roll-on longer days (clocks change to BST on Sunday 31st March) and better weather.

To raise our spirits at this bleak time of year and with so many ghastly things
going on in the world, there are lots of things going on: a heart-warming film
with Michael Caine in CVH, an online WHG talk on the 1851 Great
Exhibition evoking a brighter age, some interesting U3A and gardening club
talks, a new rector in March, the delicious weekly warm hub lunches . . and
at last the days are getting lighter.
