Terry Gilmour has been a hot air balloon enthusiast for over twenty years. He and a group of like-minded friends pursued their hobby at weekends in a balloon sponsored by a business company. In 1978 Terry and a friend founded the Test Valley Balloon Group. The group has its own equipment, so owning a balloon is not a prerequisite to joining!
